Adelina is a recognized expert in the public affairs industry from Romania, managing throughout her career an impressive portfolio of clients from various sectors, such as FMCG, digital, transport, energy, financial services, education, agriculture, defense, gambling and many others. In addition to the lobbying campaigns she has successfully coordinated in recent years, Adelina developed her management skills by representing the National Association for Soft Drinks (ANBR) as Executive Director. Adelina is also a good connoisseur of the political environment in Romania, having the opportunity to do both political consulting and complex political presentations and reports for her clients. Understanding the political environment in Romania helped her throughout the years to find the most innovative solutions for different industries.
Adelina’s previous experience is in central public administration, working for several years in a government agency coordinated directly by the Prime Minister of Romania. One of her passions is studying the history of the communist period in Romania, as she was deputy general director of the Institute for the Investigation of Communist Crimes and the Memory of the Romanian Exile (IICCMER), when she was one of the coordinators of the advocacy campaign of bringing in front of justice the prison directors from the communist period accused of crimes against humanity. This success story was presented in all major media outlets from around the world.
Adelina studied Political Science at the University of Bucharest and is a frequent contributor to various online platforms as well as a political analyst. Currently, Adelina is undergoing a PhD in transitional justice at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA).
Dumitrița has an excellent know-how about Romanian institutions as she worked for both Government and Presidential Administration in the last years. She consolidated her experience in the central public administration as she was State Secretary within the Chancellery of the Prime Minister between February 2022 and June 2023. From this position, Dumitrița enhanced communication with other institutions, embassies, and other organizations on different subjects.
Previously, Dumitrița worked for several years as an adviser within the Department of Relations with Public Authorities and Civil Society at the Presidential Administration. Prior to this experience, she was an adviser within a special department created by the Romanian Government to mark the 100th anniversary of the Great Union.
Dumitrița started her professional career as a reporter, working for a regional TV channel (November 2014 – June 2016).
In 2014, Dumitrita graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences, University “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Iași. She holds a master’s degree (2017) in European Studies from the same university.
Ștefan worked for the European Commission (EC), Representation in Romania, as Head of the Department of Media and Communication and Digital leader in the period 2018-2023. He oversaw press and media activities for several high-level European officials, including the President of the Commission and Members of the College of Commissioners. He also coordinated flagship EU campaigns for the local public. Stefan also acted as the main contact point for national communicators and gave more than 100 interviews for TV, print or online. Previously (2011 – 2018), Ștefan worked as editor at Digi24. Between 2008 and 2011, Stefan worked at ProTV.
Ștefan graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Political Sciences and holds a master’s degree in English in Comparative Politics from the same university.
Oana is a Political Science and Public Policy Analysis graduate from both the National University of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA), Bucharest and Central European University (CEU), Budapest. In her final year of Masters’, Oana started working in legislative monitoring and public policy analysis, and thus solidified her knowledge of the legislative process, decision-making and of the way public institutions really work. Later, she moved on to Public Affairs, quickly diving into an array of industries such as insurance, FMCG, environment, banking, telco or digital. Over five years down the line, she still tackles and juggles with priority issues and new industries just as enthusiastically.
Oana greatly enjoys research studies as well, having designed and implemented social research studies both while still in university and, later, with prestigious NGOs, but also as a Public Affairs expert, using her skills to conduct reputation studies for different companies.
Volunteering and active citizenship have always been a part of Oana’s life – she’s been a Scout for more than 20 years of her life, an experience that has empowered her to ‘Be Prepared’ and take on decision-making roles from an early age. To name a few roles where Oana has left her mark: Vice President of the Romanian Scouts, Vice President of the National Youth Council, and Vice President of UN Youth Romania.
Nadina has extensive expertise in public policy research, having begun her career as counsellor at the Romanian Parliament in 2016, where she worked closely with house leaders on transportation-related issues. In 2018, she started her public affairs career as a consultant for numerous industries such as FMCG, transportation, financial services, gambling, and agriculture. Simultaneously, she broadened her knowledge of the legislative process and how public policies are developed at the national and European levels. Nadina is well-versed in Romania’s institutional and political environments. She is specialized in international relations as she graduated from the Ovidius University in Constanta.
